COE stands for “Certificate of Eligibility”.
COE is a permission of your stay in Japan as a student which is issued by Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Here are the steps to receive your student visa
When you receive our email, please check and prepare the following documents.
<NOTE>
Please check your PASSPORT’S EXPIRATION DATE before submit.
If your passport is under review or you will renew it before study abroad,
please submit your current passport copy first and send the new one to
our email address as soon as you receive it.

ü Upload to the online registration form. ü Please read the details described in the form 5 carefully. ü The amount depends on your exchange period. You will need either： ・More than 600,000JPY for one semester. ・More than 1,200,000JPY for one academic year. Please make sure your financial proof shows the above amount. |
