The unmanned hotel Re:ONcE Shibuya, for which we handled the hotel business permit application,
was awarded the 2020 Good Design Award.
At the request of our client, List Properties Co., Ltd., we converted the 2nd to 4th floors of a building previously used for office and retail purposes into a hotel.
Despite the tight schedule, we were able to obtain the permit in the shortest possible time, and the client was highly satisfied with the result.
Each municipality may have its own unique rules stipulated by local ordinances.
Shibuya Ward also has specific regulations regarding hotel business permits, so careful attention is required.
