LEGOLAND Japan Hotel – We handled the application procedures for their hotel business license.
Several months before the grand opening, during the design phase, we received a request and, in addition to the hotel business license, we also proposed and applied for other necessary permits and licenses, such as the restaurant business license for the dining area, in accordance with the client’s needs.
To meet the facility requirements, we worked closely with the construction company, coordinated with the authorities to confirm drawings and requirements, and proceeded with several licensing procedures simultaneously to ensure the client could operate as desired.
Furthermore, we were entrusted with submitting the post-opening notifications all at once.
When applying for a hotel business license,
as construction nears completion, there are cases where changes to the layout are no longer possible, leading to failure to meet facility requirements and making it necessary to abandon applications for other permits related to hotel operations.
