Embracing Shared Leadership(シェアードリーダーシップ)

Over the past few months, I’ve been part of a Women’s Leadership Program organized by the Tokyo City Government.
One of the most inspiring aspects for me has been the concept of shared leadership.
Shared leadership is a collaborative model where leadership responsibilities are distributed across the team rather than being centralized.
This approach creates a team-oriented environment, empowering each person to contribute their expertise and assume leadership roles according to project needs.
Unlike a traditional top-down structure, shared leadership allows everyone to step up based on their unique skills, perspectives, and situational insights, fostering engagement and flexibility.
At our firm, we promote an “All-Star” approach, where each individual can take responsibility in areas they are eager to grow in.
Personally, I’m passionate about expanding into global markets and connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds to exchange different perspectives and cultural insights.
I am excited to carry forward the principles of shared leadership, actively working to develop a globally diverse clientele!
